Scott Stages Historic Comeback at South Lake
Scott scored seven with one out left to take the game over Gus and Benny, 7-5-2.
Scott's bat had been quiet early as Benny took an early 0-0-2 lead on several defensive meltdowns by Gus (4 errors).
Gus took advantage of the short left porch at South Lake Stadium to go ahead 0-5-2 on a barrage of singles and doubles at the top of the last inning.
Scott hit into one quick out in the bottom of the inning, then put together a string of triples and homers, ending in a two-run walk-off to deep center for the game winner.
