Pike League Wiffle School: 9-0
Some days things just go your way.
Some days the pitches you see are as big as grapefruits, and the pitches you throw are darts on a string.
It was that kind of day for the victors as they got ahead early and never looked back. Ed got it started by pitching a clean first inning, then loaded the bases bases in the bottom of the inning with a single, double and walk. Angus followed with a two-run double, followed by Alex with another two RBIs for a 4-0 lead after the first.

Angus went on to pitch a clean second, and then the home team got it started again in the bottom of the second. This time it was all Scott, batting left, who loaded the bases and then brought them all home with the first Grand Slam of the Pike League season.
Alex pitched a clean third, and Ed added an additional run in the bottom of the third. Scott then closed out the game with a scoreless fourth.
Nathan take first Pike League Game since founder Angus is traded.
